Case Study – Federation of Master Builders

Federation of Master Builders

Icom Telecoms were invited by the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) to discuss and propose options for the installation of a new telephone system for their head office. We conducted a thorough assessment of their needs – both present and future – and recommended an Avaya solution based on our findings and consultation with FMB.

The proposed solution allowed FMB’s initial requirements to be met, and also offered the flexibility for the system to grow with their business. Having successfully installed the new system in the head office, Icom Telecoms are now in the process of rolling out the same solution across all of their regional offices; creating a new business standard.

Having worked with FMB for over 3 years, Icom Telecoms are now looking at other solutions to aid their communications, these include migration to VoIP and introducing video conferencing capability.

Using a single supplier for all of their communication systems has given FMB considerable peace of mind and the confidence to know that if there is ever a problem, they can call on our responsive support services team who will deal with their query immediately and efficiently.

Price Bailey is an established firm of accountants with seven UK office locations.

Having been introduced to IcomTelecoms by purchasing consultancy, Purchase Direct, Icom Telecoms conducted an assessment of their tlephone system requirements and usage and were able to propose a solution that offered Price Bailey substantial savings on their current provider and greatly improved service.

Having initially been employed to install the new telephone system at just one of their offices, the project has now been rolled out across all of their sites and can accommodate the multi-site work practices of their staff.

Our relationship with Price Bailey has been a great success and we now work with them on their cabling and electrical requirements as well.
