Meet all relevant legislation, regulations and Government guidance and where possible meet the industry codes of practice on environmental issues.

Ensure that all of our staff (and sub-contractors) develop a good understanding of the environmental impacts of our business and what is expected of them to minimise these. Such as noise, light and waste pollution.

Make efficient use of natural resources by minimising waste, conserving energy and water and seeking to use recycled materials wherever possible.

Seek to use the most environmentally efficient modes of transport and reduce unnecessary travel.

Communicate with local communities to ensure that our construction sites cause the minimum impact on the local environment.

Ensure that all our suppliers are aware of this policy and the company helps them apply similar environmental standards to their own work.
